History
2004
The company GEMSUN (before as a department of one of the biggest state-operate company in Yantai) established as a trading company which specilized in hardwares and machinery (core business on the Cereals & Oil machinery) yet mainly focus on international market.
2005
Subsidiaries Jinde water Treatment Co., Ltd. Is established with the partner and chief engineer Mr. Gaw is well experienced for the fields of Reverse Osmosis System for more than 15 years. First RO plant for boiler feeding exported and installed in the Philippines.
From 2005, we started the business of Grandfather Clocks and Wall Clocks and established a retail store in SM mall in the Phils as well as exporting to India.
2006
Become the shareholder of Chem & Star Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd which established 30 years ago specialized in oil press and projects of complete plants of cereals & Oil and assigned for the whole international business.
Control the international business of several big manufacturers of motor, pumps and valves related to the cereals & oil machinery
2007
GEMSUN takes important steps towards becoming a leading manufacturer of fire grate by acquiring the company Baotong Boiler Auxiliary Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The products fire grate and slag remover had been exported to Europe and Southeast Asia
The same Year establish the Subsidiaries Lanchao Michinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd and enter into the the fields of Mining machinery
2008
Became the shareholder of Fust packaging machine manufacturing Co,, Ltd.
The annual sales volune reaches 10 Million U.S. dollars
