204-3 type pre-press expeller,a continuous screw pre-press,is suitable for pre-pressing-extraction or twice pressing of materials with higher oil content in vegetable oil mills like peanut kernel,cotton seed kernel,rape seed,safflower seed,castor seed and sunflower seed etc.

04 type pre-press expeller is suitable for pre-pressing technology and characterized by following features under normal preparation conditions;

1.The throughput is higher,thus the workshop area,power consumption,operation,management and maintenance works can be reduced accordingly.

2.Pressed cake is loose but not easily ground,which is helpful for solvent permeation.

3.Both the oil and moisture contents in pressed cake are suitable for solvent extraction.

4.The quality of pressed oil is better than that of oil from single pressing or single extraction.
